Refund policy

All sales are final - we are not offering returns or exchanges at this time. You may be eligible for a return and refund if any of the below are true:

• We sent you the wrong order
• We sent you an incorrect item
• Your item arrived damaged

Please email contact@onwrdssupply.co to start your return or refund request and speak to someone from our team. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. We will request photo evidence and provide a return label if an exchange needs to be made. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery of any defects with the item. Any claims past 7 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.
